The Christmas words on the cards

These words are ready to use: christmas tree, bauble, tinsel, fairy lights, candle, star, angel, santa, reindeer, rudolph, sleigh, snowman, snowflake, icicle, ice skates, present, ribbon, wreath, holly, mistletoe, nativity, elf, north pole, christmas dinner, turkey, mince pie, christmas pudding, gingerbread, hot chocolate, mulled wine, christmas card, carols, cracker, stocking, ugly sweater, fireplace, chimney, jingle bells, candy cane, snow globe. A 5 × 5 card needs 24 words plus the free space, so with this list the cards look clearly different.

How to play Christmas bingo

  1. Make the cards above and print them, or save them as a PDF.
  2. Hand out one card per player with a pen, or chocolates to cover the squares.
  3. Press “Draw the next one” and call out the word.
  4. The first player with a full row, column or diagonal shouts bingo. The drawn words are listed on screen.

Even more personal: Christmas picture bingo

With PhotoBingo the cards show your own photos instead of words: family, colleagues or the year gone by. The cards get a Christmas design with snowflakes, and snow falls on the TV while the pictures are drawn one by one. Guests can also play on their phones. More ideas: 10 Christmas party games.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make my own Christmas bingo cards?

Choose the size and number of cards above and click “Make the cards”. The Christmas words are already filled in; edit or extend them. Print the cards or save them as a PDF.

Are these Christmas bingo cards really free?

Yes. Word and number cards are free to make and print, with no account. Each card only has a small line about photo bingo at the bottom.

How many words do I need for Christmas bingo?

At least as many as there are squares: 8 for 3 × 3 with a free space, 16 for 4 × 4 and 24 for 5 × 5 with a free space. Twice as many is better, so the cards differ more.

What are good prizes for Christmas bingo?

Small things work best: chocolates, a bauble, cosy socks or a lottery ticket. Give one prize per round: one line, then two lines, then the full card.
